The Envision On-Line NTA system by Hyperion Analytical brings real-time, continuous nanoparticle characterization directly to industrial process streams, enabling automated monitoring and process control.
Key Features & Design
- Real-Time Process Monitoring: Continuously measures particle size distribution and absolute number-based concentration (particles/mL) directly from a process stream without calibration.
- Robust Industrial Enclosure: Houses the core optical system of the laboratory Envision analyzer within a weather-proof IP enclosure, coupled with a custom-configured sampling mechanism.
- Automated Unattended Operation: Configured for continuous automated analysis cycles (e.g., measuring every 15 minutes for weeks or months), utilizing a built-in syringe pump for reliable cell flushing and sample handling.
- Low Maintenance: Routine maintenance is limited to cleaning upstream filters for oversized contaminants and occasional sample cell replacement.
