The Muffle Furnace front-loading model is designed for versatile industrial and lab use, featuring space-efficient dimensions (150 x 150 x 150 mm to 300 x 300 x 300 mm) and durable double-wall MS construction. A powder-coated finish enhances durability and corrosion resistance, while the insulated stainless-steel door with a chain mechanism ensures minimal heat loss. It supports temperatures up to 1200°C with APM Kanthal elements and can be configured with silicon carbide (1400°C) or Super Kanthal (1600–1800°C) for advanced applications. The TAIE PID controller (144 segments) and K-type thermocouple provide precise control (±1°C), and heating/cooling rates of 1–10°C/min ensure efficiency. User-friendly controls, SEMIKRON thyristors, and built-in safety fuses make this 4 kW, 230V single-phase furnace reliable, adaptable, and ideal for processes like annealing, sintering, and material testing.
