Its high-quality construction using mild steel and an M.S. Angle structure ensures durability, while the advanced Super Kanthal APM heating elements provide excellent temperature stability up to 1200°C. The furnace features a TAIE PID 144-segment programmer with a digital indicator for precise temperature control, supported by an R-type thermocouple for accurate sensing. Safety is prioritized with a design that maintains skin temperatures just above ambient. High alumina rollers offer superior durability and heat resistance, operated by an efficient chain-driven motor system. With a power rating of 4 kW on single-phase AC, this furnace delivers energy-efficient performance in a compact and robust design.
