We initially implemented the software to manage clinical testing workflows for cytogenetic, FISH and molecular diagnostic testing in oncology for a large local hospital system. We added on virology testing once covid testing was needed in our community. The demand quickly increased and with the help and support of Psyche Systems we were able to increase from ~300 samples/day to ~1500 samples/day in the matter of weeks. We would not have been able to meet our accelerated turnaround times without their help including instrument interfaces and the addition of their Outreach software to deliver reports to our clients in real time.
I would recommend this company and the products they offer. I have used and developed multiple laboratory information management systems in the past. The ability to quickly implement a LIMS along with the low price point made this a great decision. I have rarely dealt with a company that prided themselves with exceptional customer service and actually delivered.
