UNO Program for Ink Systems
UNO Ink System is a complete package for control and correction for all printing applications. The AST100-Ink will be the perfect press assistant and will maintain your inks, varnishes and coatings to their optimal printing condition.
The AST100INK is installed between the pump and the printing deck. The viscosity is detected in real time and displayed on the touch screen monitor, providing a continuous measurement and corrections to the smallest of changes in inks, varnishes and coatings.
Viscosity control for label printing, corrugated printing, ink kitchen, varnish applications, coating applications, flexographic printing, offset printing, paper printing and gravure printing.
The Brookfield AST100-Ink sensor is the smallest and the lightest, 100% stainless steel viscosity controller, using the most unique micro rotational vibrating systems on the market. This sensor is a total of 7.5 pounds a height of 8.5 inches.
