Featuring high-speed 8-bit, 12-bit, 14-bit, and 16-bit digitizers with A/D sampling rates up to 6 GS/s, providing the best ENOB, SNR, and SFDR dynamic parameter performance, with high input bandwidth and flat frequency response.

Utilize embedded FPGA capabilities for conducting DDC, FFT, FIR filtering, signal averaging or custom user programmable processing routines.

PC oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer software applications provide for complete system instrumentation operation and control with no programming required.
