DPS-20 Dual Processing Ultrasonic and Mechanical Homogenizing System

The DPS-20 Dual Processing System is a revolutionary homogenizing product in the sample preparation field. It combines full automation of mechanical and ultrasonic homogenizing methods into a closed compact and timesaving unit. This system allows the use of each homogenizing method dependently or independently of each other within a programmable or manual mode.
The DPS-20 merges the advantages of both mechanical and ultrasonic homogenizing that leads to a faster and more efficient sample breakdown with minimal or no heat introduced (optional cooling carousel rack available as well) while in a sound enclosure for noise reduction. The automation of this system allows for repeat processing and consistent results, which frees up a large amount of time and work in the laboratory.
The DPS-20 contains a brushless motor for mechanical homogenizing and 130-watt processor for ultrasonic homogenizing. This system can be used with 1.5ml, 15ml, 16ml, 19ml, and 50ml tubes, and it can process up to 20 samples in one-run. New accessories to the DPS-20 include cooling carousels to avoid denaturing of samples for when automated Ultrasonic processing is solely used.
