Fiber optic scanning IR spectrometers have offer high resolution spectra from 1 - 3.4 um. The fast scanning devices capture scans in 3-5 seconds, and can couple to fiber optic probes or to a screw on lens for free-beam experiments. The SIR2600 uses a cooled InGaAs detector and covers the 1-2.6um range. The SIR3400 uses an InAs detector and covers the 1-3.4 um range.
